Morecambe had a 1-0 lead in the first half of the game away to Ipswich in the England League One. But in the second and the third period, Ipswich found their way back into the game and managed to make it all square. The game finished 2-2.

Morecambe started the match well and took the lead when Cole Stockton scored in the 22nd minute, making it 1-0.

After that the game came to a long, indecisive standstill. With barely 30 minutes on the clock, Ipswich’s Scott Fraser scored and equalised.

Cole Stockton gave Morecambe the lead in the 72nd minute.

The equaliser came in the 90th minute, when Macauley Bonne scored a goal for Ipswich. The 2-2 goal was the last goal of the game.

The teams play again on Saturday, with Ipswich hosting Wimbledon and Morecambe hosting Sheff Wed.
